Dundee West survive first half scare

Dundee West kept their place at the top of Scottish Futsal League Dundee after a flurry of second-half goals saw them past Montrose.

Trailing 2-1 at the half, West ran away with it in the second 20 to win 7-3. A Jamie Reilly hat-trick and braces from Mikey Craig and Declan Gallagher saw them on their way. An Andrew Black double and Nuno Borges goal counted for Montrose.

Despite having two players sent off late in the game, Dundee Celtic held on to beat Dundee West FD 3-1. Alex Gibb hit a double and Dominic Duffy got the other to cancel out Mark McIntosh’s opener.

Hat-tricks from Lewis Monaghan and Sam Pirrie did the business for Dundee Uni as they downed Dundee Stars 6-1.

St Andrews Uni squeezed out Dundee City 3-2.
